Placement Procedure

Placements are carried out in the campus during the Placement Season. This generally happens at the end of the 3rd year for Engineering students and the end of the 3rd semester for the Management students.
The Campus placement officer works around the year to develop network and access trainee positions coming up in the companies and trying to understand their hiring needs. He is the interface between the human resources that IAITC has nurtured and the needs of the industry. The companies are invited during the season to give pre placement talks and carry out their recruitment process. The hiring is done mostly basis screening of students on branch, academics, aptitude, group discussions and finally Personal interview. The campus assists in completing the hiring process by ensuring the offer letters come through and the student signs up with the company.
